Director: Elizabeth G. Harding

Elizabeth has been a Christian Ministry professional and Camp Director, in England, the United States and Canada, for more than 20 years. She has worked for the Diocese of Fredericton over the past six years; first as the Christian Education Director and then as the Director of Camp Medley. Prior to this she worked in the Episcopal Diocese of Western Massachusetts, in Parish and Diocesan Ministries. She was the Director of a summer camping programme there for 17 years and for 18 months was also the acting Executive Director for the camp and conference centre. Elizabeth has extensive experience in creating and implementing programmes, as well as writing policies for Christian Camping. Her passion is developing experiences in which young people learn how to recognise their gifts, be confident in the use of those gifts and learn to thrive in the world in which we live.

Elizabeth is married to Tim and delights in her two sons and wonderful daughter in law.

Assistant Director: Shawn C. Branch

Shawn has been involved in Christian ministry for over a decade and was commissioned as an Evangelist in 2004. He has worked at the National Office for Threshold Ministries since 2007, first as Communications Officer and then as Assistant National Director. Additionally, since 2009, he has been the Assistant Director for Camp Medley and is the Associate Pastor at All Saints Church, Saint John. Prior to this, he worked in the Anglican Diocese of Saskatchewan as Diocesan Youth Ministry Coordinator.

Shawn has experience in training and equipping individuals and churches to fulfill their missionary potential. His passion is helping people to recognize their gifts, be confident in them and thrive.

He is married to Hilary and is pursuing his Masters in Ministry degree through St Stephen’s University.
